Asthma Coalition on Community, Environment, and Social Stress (ACCESS)

REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION

The ACCESS project is a five-year collaborative research project between CCHERS and Channing Laboratory at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, Harvard School of Public Health to work with community health center members of CCHERS.  Over the five years, the project will build a research/training infrastructure concerning asthma.  In order to document and assess each health center’s participation level, we are interested in collecting a variety of information related to birth rates, patients with asthma, and treatment strategies for asthma.  We are also interested in the types of research the centers are involved with.

The attached Request for Qualification (RFQ) asks general information about the health centers, their practices regarding asthma and ongoing research.  Please answer each question as completely as possible and mail by January 1, 2003.  Thank you for your time and cooperation.
