Partnerships are at the heart of CCHERS’ efforts to improve the quality and availability of health care to urban communities. By promoting cooperation between health care providers, community health organizations, hospitals, and health profession educators and students, CCHERS is increasing awareness of the health service issues facing urban multicultural and multi-lingual communities.
